I think it is becoming more and more difficult for all levels of clinicians who are finding themselves being treated as commodities, with an appalling lack of communication and respect.   Many are just leaving medicine altogether.  Your company transcended that awfulness, and I am grateful for the kindness shown to me by all of you at White Stone.
