This is a great company to work for.  They value their employees by competitive compensation, and treating their employees with respect and care.  Benefits and compensation are competitive, if not exceeding current employer standards.  They also demonstrate the value they have for their employees with great communication, coupled with helpful responses to concerns or questions, always in a timely pleasant manner.  A growing company that truly cares about their employees, and doesn’t just say it, they show.

White Stone was beyond excellent; above and beyond!  It’s an excellent company, a great opportunity for a nurse.  The work-at-home part was great, and I felt very supported.  Open communication was great!

White Stone was a fantastic company to work for.  Communication-wise, you do a spectacular job.  Door was always open for Dan, Ruth and Julie.  I can speak for the team; they all think the same.  I have really felt valued by the company.  The worst part of this job was having to leave White Stone.  I really hope something will open up again where I can come back.  I was sent a chart with the breakdown of categories (org chart).  It had the employees at the top with corporate at the bottom.  I thought that was so interesting and it’s never been shown to me that way.  I was blown away . . . so impressed.  As I began working, I saw the communications from Ruth, and Julie and realized it was really true.  The team knows they can call Julie whenever they have questions, any time.  They know the corporate team cares and wants to make sure they have what they need.
