In most companies/corporations you are viewed as just another number or body, but not at White Stone. At White Stone you are treated as a valued member of the team, and you know who the CEO & Management Team are because they are accessible and engaging! The CEO and Management Team communicate with their employees effectively, and are very transparent. I enjoyed my experience working in the role of an MFLC where I provided non-medical counseling to military service members and their families. The hardest part of the job is the contract ending, which can happens sometimes.
