Great Ethical Company: Fair salary, Benefits, Company morale. I enjoyed working for/with Whitestone, but the job was a contract position through a major insurance company. Whitestone was great, but I cannot say I loved the [prime contractor]. A lot of micromanaging and metrics. Whitestone does try to prepare you well for the role and their expectations but, it was still difficult to deal with, and ultimately that was the only reason I left. However, working for Whitestone was great, and I would recommend working for them. I can’t think of any major cons. I have nothing to add you all were wonderful to work for. Thank you!
